Our stay in the Superior Quadruple Room was delightful! The staff demonstrated outstanding hospitality, even providing a courtesy note about a party. The family enjoyed the delicious dining options, especially the excellent service from the team. A tip, check for special events to enhance your experience.

Kids loved the playground and the evening music was fun. Room had a lot of noise from the road outside.

I had a fantastic two-night stay in a Superior Double Room where the food was simply outstanding—especially the lamb hot pot and fish and chips. The staff were so welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure we felt comfortable. The location was great for exploring nearby attractions. I wish there were more charging options for electric cars.

The Britannia offered a comfortable stay with friendly and efficient staff. My room was impeccably clean, and I was impressed by the breakfast, which featured freshly cooked local produce and generous portions. The on-site restaurant delivered exceptional evening meals, adding to a pleasant dining experience.

I really liked how close the hotel was to the Charlestown to Porthpean Circular Walk, making it super easy to enjoy scenic views, and the room was comfortable and clean, which made the stay enjoyable and relaxing.

I had a fantastic stay! The lasagna was exceptional and the play areas for kids are a dream. The room was very clean and modern, just a tad smaller than I expected.

We had a fab time catching the England match in the lounge—super chill vibe! The room was comfy and the check-in was smooth. Had a couple of drinks at the bar and the staff were really friendly. Only thing was, I wished the bar had a bigger selection of snacks for the match. Still, overall it was a great night away!

the britannia is a lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. the breakfast was 1st class, and it's just a short taxi ride away from the eden project. i really appreciated the convenience of local amenities within a 5-minute drive. it's one of the best stays i've had in a long while!
